Tips:
- Do not drink for more than 10 days consecutively.

- Brew herbs over hot water for 7-10 mins based on your desired strength.
- Typically, you will only need half of a steel 4.5cm strainer when you're making 1-2 cups and will last you 8-12 cups. Base the amount you use on your desired strength.
