You and I will share space virtually over nineteen sessions, learning the details of each charka and recognizing triggers while becoming equipped with tools to deal with it.
Each week will be orchestrated to teach you the tools and pass on assignments that will allow you to practice with the tools.
In addition, the teas will be used each week to give additional energy to the area of focus.
